The YRF-84F second prototype, photo dated 8 may, 1952. As with the second YF-84F prototype, this aircraft has a deepened belly, but still retains the Thunderjet's single ventral speed brake and bubble canopy. However, note that this canopy has the full compliment of fiberglass tapes for bracing. The basket on the nose probe is of interest.
